Q: Where are you located?
COCO The Shop is based in Columbus, Ohio, but our store is online only! You can shop from anywhere, anytime.
Q: Is there ever an opportunity to shop in person?
Yes! We try to host in-person shopping events for our local customers a few times a year. Locations/times vary, but you can stay up-to-date on upcoming events on our Instagram page!
Q: When do new arrivals launch on the site?
We launch new arrivals every Tuesday evening at 8pm EST!
Q: How can I view the new arrivals ahead of time?
We share the majority of our content on coco_theshop Instagram stories! Typically we share a try-on of our new arrivals throughout the day on Monday before we launch new items on Tuesday evenings. If you ever miss a try-on, we save them to our highlights on our profile!
Q: How can I be notified when new products launch?
Stay up-to-date with our Instagram stories! You can also sign up for text alerts to be the first to know about new arrivals and restocks. Just text COCOTHESHOP to +1 289-807-4330!
Q: Do you restock items that sell out?
Sometimes, yes! If there is an item you would like to see restocked, let us know by clicking the *size out of stock, click here* button on the product page! If it ends up being restocked, you will get an email notification right away.
Q: Do you offer local pick up?
We do! Local customers can opt for free local pickup at checkout. Our local pickup hours are every Friday between 12-2pm in Dublin, Ohio.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes! If your item does not work out, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase for a full store credit or refund. Refunds will be subtracted a $10 shipping and handling fee. To initiate and return or exchange and view our detailed return policy, click here.
