COCO Collective is our membership program — and honestly, it is so much more than that. Members pay $25 a month (or $270 upfront for the year) and in return get $25 in COCO Collective Credit every single month, exclusive membership pricing on all full-priced items, and free shipping on orders over $50. But more than the perks, it is a community of women who love COCO and want to feel like they belong to something — not just shop somewhere. What is the difference between the monthly and annual plan?

Both plans include everything — the same $25 in monthly credit, the same exclusive pricing, the same free shipping, the same community. The difference is how you pay.

Monthly is $25 a month with the freedom to cancel anytime. Annual is $270 for the full year — which works out to $22.50 a month and saves you $30 compared to paying month by month. And here is the part we love: even though you are paying a little less per month on the annual plan, you still receive the full $25 in credit every month. So you are actually coming out $2.50 ahead in credit every single month as our thank you for committing.

If you know you love COCO, the annual plan is a pretty easy yes.

What happened to my rewards points?

They are exactly where you left them — we promise. We recently moved our rewards program to a new platform that gives you a better experience, but every single point transferred over exactly as it was. Nothing was lost, nothing changed. You just have a better home for them now.

Does my $25 credit expire?

Not while you are a member — not ever. Your credit banks month over month, so if life gets busy and you do not use it in January, it rolls right into February. And March. And beyond. The only time it expires is if you cancel your membership, and even then you have a full 12 months to spend whatever is in your account. We are not in the business of taking things back.

Can I use my credit and my rewards points on the same order?

It is one or the other per purchase — but both are always waiting for you in your account whenever you are ready. Think of your credit as a gift card, and your points as what you earn along the way. Use whichever makes the most sense for that order.

Do I earn points when I pay with my credit?

Points are earned on orders you place without using your credit. So if you spend your credit on an order, and then you find something else you love soon after... you'll earn points on that order (and can also APPLY rewards points to that order). It is our way of making sure every dollar you spend is working for you.

Can I cancel my membership?

Monthly members can pause or cancel anytime — one click, no questions asked, no hard feelings. We mean that.

Annual members make a 12-month commitment when they sign up, and that plan is billed upfront, so early cancellation is not available. But everything you have earned — your credit balance, your points — stays in your account for a full 12 months after cancellation. Nothing disappears on you.
